Next week I am getting a few nights off as we head to see Great Grandma and Great Grandpa...however for the days we are home here is what we are havings....
Sunday - Dinner Out with Grandma and Grandpa
Thursday - Eggs, breakfast for dinner
Friday - TBD - I need some inspiration
Saturday - Homemade Corned Beef with Vegetables and Irish Soda Bread
